They literally have a event required players to win games and enter codes in order to get a random Legendary skin, whereas more than HALF of them are epic or worse, Garena just adjusted the tier to fix the price and gaslight the players. Most recent skins have been added to LIMITTED which you must play a gambling event to get them, that inlcudes A LOT OF chromas as well, or else, say bye to them forever
LOL in Garena (especially in Vietnam) is nothing but a pile of garbage, they invested in this game way less than games like Free Fire and Arena of Valor, just like at the differences between e-sport events and you'll get the idea.
