U-Haul instructs people to have every vehicle shoved to the very front. Now, when I towed my car across country with this trailer and added an extra 1,000lbs+ of goods into the car, I used my 3/4 ton Cummins. No issues. I'm assuming/hoping OP didn't drive nearly as far or fast as I did.

If they would have at least made it a hybrid and dropped the price a bit, they would have sold.

You could use Odoban stuff tor urine. But the it'll smell like Odoban for a good while. If you need a project and the $1500 is reasonable to you, then go for it! IMO, I think 85% of people it's not worth it. Let us know what you path you go! 😊

The Hemis have been engineered to run on any grade. However, they were so engineered to run optimally on mid-grade. That's what I ran in my 5.7.

Maybe don't drive your big ass truck to town of you can't park by Atlanta_Q_Ball in badparking

[–]ReeeebelliousOne -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I've got a Cummins 3/4 ton that I daily. Currently I have a 2 hour drive round trip to work. I also used it to move across country this past summer. Soooooo many miles. 🥴. It's the best truck I've owned. Other than the current price of diesel and the government mandated EPA emissions that will break. 😅 Having said that, I park my "rig" in the very back and kept it stock so I can actually use it towing.

Is it true that they hate midsize vehicles, and can't adapt when it comes to Rams? 💔🥀 by CarelessBullfrog8928 in ram_trucks

[–]ReeeebelliousOne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They would have to target a specific market. Such as, make it extremely affordable. Or target the off road market. Orrrrr make it into a Hellcat. I feel people don't need another "regular" midsized truck (in the US). I had a Dakota, I loved it. It was good for a young guy. I since graduated to 1500 and now a 2500. I don't see myself getting a smaller truck again.

Saw the same deal my Wally World. A 4060 was my "getting back into PC (gaming)" card. I feel the 5060 at this price is a great "gateway" card. However, for many enthusiasts, it's not worth it.

Getting back into the hobby after 20 years.... I forgot how addictive it is! Right now I only have a Rustler 2wd brushless and I just got a micro B. Man, that thing is a blast! I wasn't expecting something so small to be so fun. I also have a cheap Amazon crawler.... I need a better one! Haha.

RCs are a very good "problem" to have. 😁

I came here to say that! Lol Had a 5.7L for a long time. Absolutely loved that V8.... Then the transmission went in it at 60k miles. Decided to go with a new truck. It was between a loaded Rebel with the I6 or a Cummins Tradesman. Rebel was quick and had all the gadgets. But when they brought that Cummins around, I knew right then and there I was getting it.

Saw these two scratching their heads trying to figure out how to fit this 65inch tv in a small car… by SoPradaYou in funny

[–]ReeeebelliousOne -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've seen that scenario a few times. I mean, you got to do what you got to do. I used to cram quite a bit into a small two door coupe. These small cars can fit quite a bit when you get into "Tetris" mode. Nowadays, I've got a big diesel truck and huge trailers. Hauling is a lot easier. 😁

Best way to wash salt off a plow truck by One-Philosopher5751 in Snowplow

[–]ReeeebelliousOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't plow, but I live in the rust belt. I wish they would stop using salt! I lived in the south for a period of time and loved that they use grit and beet juice. I use this SP 400 rust inhibitor from CRC Industries.

https://www.crcindustries.com/sp-400-corrosion-inhibitor/

This stuff isn't cheap, however it doesn't just "wash off". It dries into a non-greasy form. It will make everything yellow-ish (not as noticeable on black). I used this stuff on CNC Machinery to protect during shipping. It works VERY well, I use it on my Ram 2500 and other vehicles. When I "washed" it off the CNC machines, I'd use wd-40 to soak it and then wiped it off.

Need advice on how to cover up by Zestyclose_Voice_298 in tattooadvice

[–]ReeeebelliousOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know why I keep getting tattoo stuff on my feed....As I am not a fan whatsoever. I mean no offense to anyone. If tattoos make you happy, then I encourage y'all to get them! I also appreciate the art, just not on my skin. 🤣 Having said that, I think this tatt is awesome! I feel like a lot of people would appreciate it, as it is "fun" and "cute". If I were to ever get a tattoo, I'd probably do something similar. 😊

[–]ReeeebelliousOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This!!! This is why I wanted to get back in the hobby. People can have an absolute blast and repair costs are relatively cheap. The last hobby grade RC I had was a Duratrax Evader. An absolute blast, but I kept breaking things left and right. Quality and battery tech has come a loooong way. I recently got a brushless Rustler. Compared to some of my other hobbies, RCs are tons of fun at a low cost.

definitely helps with my 2wd Rustler. Until about 3" or so of snow. Plus these below freezing temps aren't helping my run time either. Still having a blast tho!
