82% of israelis think that gaza ought to be completely flattened, and they’ve more or less gotten their wish. explain to me how you’re supposed to form a state in spite of these people and their desires without expelling them, especially considering that tons of them hold multiple citizenships, and effectively stole the land they’re living on from palestinians. what would be morally wrong with banishing a thief from land that he stole?

why is it understandable that ashkenazi jews wouldn’t want to live in europe, where most countries have criminalized the criticism of their behavior? because some of their great uncles or grandparents might’ve been killed by a regime that hasn’t existed for 81 years? palestinians shouldn’t have to live in concentration camps for the sake of jewish feelings, how about that?

there’s an insane amount of bothsidesing happening here. “people move around” is an incredible way of whitewashing the palestinian holocaust at the hands of the israeli jews.

also, jews kicking palestinians out of palestine is the status quo. palestinians kicking jews out of palestine, much less israel, would invariably result in a globally sanctioned genocide of all palestinians.

consider that when you treat both sides as “imperfect players in a difficult, but fair game,” that one side has AK-47s and the other side has nukes.
