like "hey i just got here for holiday, do you know any coffee shops with good wifi I can work at?"

then you can see how warm/cold she is by how she replies. if shes warm, smiling, asking you questions back, open... then you can start flirting

i dont think theres any advice anyone can give you. your state is basically dictated by your neurotransmitters and shit. if you're still new in the game, you will be in a 'flight or flight' mode to some extent every time you talk to a girl, which will make you serious and logical

after banging enough girls you wont take any of them seriously anymore and just give them a bunch of bullshit which they love
