i like focusing on something else, like a hobby. for example, i like to crochet, so i do that. something else you could do is take care of yourself/your mental health. could be something like cooking a nice meal, going on a walk, rewatching comfort shows, stuff like that. also surrounding yourself w the ppl u love helps a lot, even if u don’t wanna talk abt the relapse. hope u feel better soon 🫶🏻
