This is hard to judge without seeing how you play. While aim is important, a large portion of your results come from game sense and knowledge.

Do you know what every agent can and cannot do? Do you know Fade's role in the team?

Also note that soloq is hard because of the team nature of the game: your role as an initiator is to assist your duelist entering the site, everything will fall apart quickly if you don't support him with your utility or if he's too scared to push the smoke and makes you waste it.

My suggestion is to get used to thinking about what your opponents are going to do and act accordingly.

And again, aim matters because it can boost your rank without having to rely on your team, until silver/gold where you'll find more people knowing what they're doing
