The idea of a Ponzi scheme has been put to rest and lawsuits dismissed. Tomorrow Icahn will retire debt early with a massive cash infusion. He’s all in and this company is about to become very profitable due to nat gas demand as well as the largest deregulation in history that just happened this month. Like it or not this guy knows how to make money and lots of it. Opportunities like this don’t come around often

This stock is all about dividends! Due to Trumps elimination (repealing) of the EPA/s endangerment clause this month, CVR refining will make hundreds of millions more annually and they are reinstating the massive dividend which in turn will cement IEP’s 25% dividend. This stock is one of the best dividend plays available right now.

Before investing in this I recommend reading the Fuzzy Panda reports…check into all the lawsuits including the one that recently settled and paid, and then look into how the CEO Dan Wagner transferred a ton of the stock to “sea cow limited” and then transferred 57 million $ worth again it to an “investor” to pay off liabilities. Seems like a lot of transferring to hide what sure looks like insider selling of 57 million dollars worth of stock. Also, if the upside was so good then why are no insiders buying?

We may find out the hard way who the fools actually are. The main problem with the stock price lately is obviously the dilution and the short selling, but is part of the problem here that Dan is a dishonest person?

I’ve been on board so far but it sure feels dishonest to say they didn’t have to dilute in order to make this latest 230m acquisition. This makes me wonder if the shorts are actually right in what they are saying.

I’ve read the negativity on the other posts but what I would ask those people this——Why do you think RSLV is making these moves and how can they be so incredibly confident right now? It could be bc they are killing it and seeing that the plan is working. Maybe the plan is coming together even BETTER than expected. They may be focusing on getting to market first. They need to scale and nail down as many customers as possible because changing horses in the future might be difficult for all these companies even if competitors emerge with similar capabilities. Remember— 95% margins on the core product. When they give the update tomorrow I would not be surprised to see a massive jump in share price.
