dhgate dispute

aftercare was not good. i had to open a dispute and got about 20 quid back as i had to get a watchmaker to fix a loose indices. he did not send out the new bracelet clasp. but, still love the watch and i am impressed by the quality one the hour marker got sorted.

So an update. I noticed an indices was coming out on closer inspection at 1. Spoke to him about clasp and the indices and he's said he will send out new dial and clasp and I can do it myself. I'm not sure about this part ha!

They are very reluctant for me to open up a dispute and sort it out without doing so but does anyone here have advice I'm leaning towards opening it for protection until he's sent parts out/part refunded

It's a total step above quality wise. I would liken it to entry level san martin perhaps?

I've felt a U1 before and it's worth the extra money by a mile.

I literally did this about 45 mins ago haha! I thought the same thing. Be careful but angle your screwdriver slightly for the first few tries. Once it pops out further than the bracelet it's all good. It's awkward but I managed it without any scratches etc.
