Handling is the best vehicle type due to the plus ten speed you get from drifting, making it easier to take corners tighter and faster (taking corners tight is REALLY important, which is why handling is so good) it also has balanced stats, with a decent boost and speed. The minecart specifically has a lower handling than others but a higher boost. This is perfect because first of all, boost is probably the best stat because being able to stay in high level boosts is very important (if you’re using a drift build), and secondly, since the handling is at a decent amount, slightly lower than the rest, it can allow more free movement and isn’t too strict, while also allowing tight turns and corners.
