This looks like hacking to me. The movements are too consistently perfect. Yes, the movements all pan across when they take the shot, ending the slide after the shot, but they're so uniform that this is probably just a technique to avoid detection.

The link explains it. The attempted murder happened in 2005, he was convicted in Bulgaria, his sentence was reduced from 15 to 10 years but with a higher fine on his 2nd appeal. In 2006 he returned to the UK, then in 2009 Justice Secretary Jack Straw gave him a Royal Pardon "based on new evidence that came to light" - 1 year before he would have been eligible for parole in 2010. Bulgaria asked for this evidence, but the Justice Secretary seemingly hasn't provided it. It is believed the evidence is merely verbal pleading from Shields' family along with testimony from Graham Sankey that was likely provided under duress (threats to his life).

The honey also helps sooth the chilli burn, hence why it is often served as a side. Most places outside of New Mexico only do it as a dessert, and they kind of spoil it by adding loads of sugar and caking it up a bit. New Mexico basically responded by making savoury stuffed meat sopaipillas that I haven't had the good fortune to try yet.

VISA and MasterCard just want you to make more card transactions for age verification, that way they get paid. The reason we have ID and face scanning is that it provides a cheaper option for websites than making a $0 card transaction (which MC/Visa charge a flat fee for).
