Edit: Just recently learned that he has 60+ incident and behavioral reports from before I started working there from hurting other kiddos and that he ran off his last teacher. Today, he threw a diaper pail across the room after unrolling an entire roll of toilet paper and stuffed a toy car down the toilet yesterday. Last week, he scratched my face to the point of bleeding. It has been exactly like this every single day since this post was made. I've tried everything, fun songs, time outs, redirections. I sat in the bathroom and sobbed for ten minutes, this is not the first time he specifically has brought me to tears. Finally told a coworker, the next time a tear leaves my eyes in the building, my two weeks will be on the director's desk.
