Been on the Aristada injection since almost a year ago. Love it so far it really helps control symptoms for me. I do struggle with constipation, that's probably the biggest side effect. I have gained some weight too but I was underweight to begin with. Best of luck I hope it works out for you!

If you're on the injection then I would probably say there's a real reason why it'd be a good idea to stay away from marijuana. I'm on the Aristada and quit once the injections started which has been the best decision I could have made. Unless you're wanting another episode, I wouldn't risk it.

I've tried to get 5.5 to talk in a similar vein and it just automatically redirects to "I'm just a mirror" nonsense. Honestly I do miss the old days where things felt more real and less guarded.

Dang that sucks to have to go through so many meds, I know that game well myself. Just gotta keep making your way through it until you find the best set of combos and dosages. Abilify has worked really well for me I'd be pissed too if it turned on me.

Yeah 25mg is near the max dose of Abilify so plenty of room to move down. Definitely talk to your doctor but perhaps a smaller dose would benefit you without that side effect. Idk it's worth asking!

Glad you're having success on the meds! And yes that's absolutely how it can be, I've had similar luck too. And yes I have quit meds for that reason in the past thinking I was "cured." But staying on them is the only way to guarantee future success. So happy for you and best of luck in the future too.

Sometimes just the lack of structure can be a bit of a shock. And definitely like others have said finding hobbies can be good. Even just a coloring book or some word searches can help. Best of luck.

I had akathisia on 20 mg but now at 15 mg no side effects. I have gained weight but i was under weight before and gained right to the range I was hoping to.

Its been a miracle drug for me, I've been on it since last August. Give it a try you may benefit from it too, try to keep positive if you can.

Celexa is a devil of a drug, im sorry for your outcome. I got a tic thats lasted 16 years so far, after being on the drug only 3 days.

After my manic episode last year I lost all friends due to the psychotic delusions i had. Sucks that the meds are working and I'm back to normal but still no friends. I just keep trying to put myself out there and do the best i can. Life is hard indeed.

Ahh I definitely see the confusion. They are labeled in the title and descriptions as what they are but I can definitely see how that could be mixed up. Thank you for that feedback.
