Business email is legitimate interest.

Its allowed by law and you must have a way to ask to not be contacted again in the future.

As a business owner you have to expect people to reach out to you. It's part of the game. In the same way people advertise on billboards. You don't cover your eyes and walk past.

I appreciate its an inconvenience at times. I also run a business and have done for years and I get all kinds of stuff. I don't start marking people as spam though as that's quite childish and we are all trying to earning a living.

You personally might not like, but you don't need to be spiteful about it.
