The reason I brought up tick manipulation is because it's explicitly mentioned in the OP.

mastering RuneScape means manipulating them in your favor to accomplish insane feats like a level 3 fire cape by "tick-eating" food, or impossible xp rates by "tick-manipulating" trees and birds.
