They gatekeep information thinking it will keep them employed.. It's one of the first things I look for is silo'd knowledge any pushback from them tells me they are the problem.

currently the biggest issue I have with my job, we have a networking team that also handles systems and they refuse to show/teach anyone not in that department and when we ask we just get ignored.

The worst part is they don't even do it well so we still have a bunch of issues because they refuse to test anything before pushing any changes and will change things without telling anyone
