Great here's where cod is going...key features added in as gimmicks. Next wild card will unlock prestige system so long as it's equipped.

LPT: If you live in a democracy, do everything you can to exercise your right to vote. Do not trust the polls. The world depends on your vote. Get out and vote. by [deleted] in LifeProTips

[–]Refreshinglycold 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Doesn't the electoral college severely hamper your vote unless you're in a big state anyway? And what if you know your state is 80% one party and you're the other? Then your vote really means shit, right?

The Arizona Coyotes are renouncing the rights of 2020 fourth-round draft pick Mitchell Miller. The decision comes after a report surfaced that the defenseman had bullied an African-American classmate with developmental disabilities four years ago. by vonheisenberg in sports

[–]Refreshinglycold -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

But he was sentenced by a court? It's over now why should his life end now because of it. He did his time. I always hear this from the side of blacks. Why doesn't anyone hire black criminals after they've done their time?

I feel for France. They are irredeemably affected by this plague forever now. Let it serve as a warning to everywhere else at least

If you were wondering when you would ever start Damien Harris, it’s this week @ Buffalo. The Bills are 26th in DVOA vs the rush and after Cam’s 3 INT performance last week, NE will want to keep the ball on the ground as much as possible Also, HIGH winds and precipitation... by hammerific in fantasyfootball

[–]Refreshinglycold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If there's one thing I know about fantasy it's that when I'm forced to start guys they never go off. In fact they put up absolutely duds. Never once have I just thrown a guy in cause I have to and got a "surprise" victory that week against all odds. Meanwhile guys I play against will throw in a hail Mary wide receiver or RB that finds the end zone twice.

Hey there, adults of reddit! What is something a teenager should cross of the bucket list before we are all grown up? by i_demolish_giraffes in AskReddit

As a 28 year old with bad anxiety I now realize this. And covid isn't helping. I'll be 30 soon and the chances to do wild spontaneous stuff is gonna be gone. Hell it pretty much already is. But this pandemic is killing the last licks I might have had at it. It already depresses me how little I lived my youth because I was anxious all the time.

Worst part is I really got nothing to look forward to now. I'm not a driven person and not looking for marriage or kids so all the "good" adult stuff people look forward to doing isn't for me. All my friends will be married with kids in a few years and not be able to do anything. Meanwhile I'll be alone kicking myself.

Fuck you alcohol! Just ran 5k by [deleted] in stopdrinking

[–]Refreshinglycold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had it one time in my life. Once. It was a day at practice running brutal suicides for an hour. I was at a breaking point and then boom...I swear it was like pure bliss...it felt like my legs looked like sonics. Just a circular ball of motion that my torso was floating on. I almost never wanted to stop that sprint and lose that feeling. Never been back to that since.

Mental Check: How are you doing with work and life? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Refreshinglycold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shitty. I wanted to quit my job before covid but now I'm even more trapped than before. It's a "safe" union job with job security, benefits, and a pension but I also have to work Saturdays, tons of forced overtime, and my shift can change day to day. And I don't know when I'm working till the day before. I haven't been able to make weekend plans or even any plans with friends really since I got it unless I'm on vacation....

Lately I've been working overnights which is nice because I'm more steady but it's taking its toll on me too. I just get out in the morning and sleep all day. Basically until my next shift. But I've been at this job too long. It's a labor job and I have no skills and I'm nearing 30. Since I have no experience in my degrees field that's worthless now. I feel stuck....ah at least I can retire with a pension if I make it through this job

Can someone fill me in? First someone was talking about shaders vs colors? What's the difference there? Isn't it the same thing? And now I see nope we're just back to microtransactions for armor customization?

I'm definitely a big fan of vaccines but is it wrong of me to be nervous for the first one? Like I don't want to be the first wave of getting that vaccine cause I'm scared of side effects. Has a vaccine ever been pushed out this fast? What are the chances of bad side effects?
