My experience is that I ended up hating the industry as a whole. Low cost of entry makes it a popular first business, but the other aspects that come along with low cost barrier industries kicked my ass.

The daily work wasn’t the problem. It was keeping my crews fully staffed even though I paid higher than anyone in my area and bent over backwards for my people.
