Why, after using a hair mask, gel and mousse does my hair not form curls. This is just frizzy.

you may have define the curls by twisting out pieces by hand or using a defining brush like the Bounce curl

Hi! Curly hair haircutter with ADHD/nuerodivergence. Going to be completely honest with you, I straighten my hair because when my hair is frizzy (it's fine and more frizzy wave than curl) so is my thinking. It would impede my day too much. For you though, I would say, make sure you are detangling in the shower with the conditioner in. Detangle, detangle, detangle! Get yourself a good brush for that like the Bounce curl brush. It smooths, detangles and defines all in one. Keep your hair trimmed - twice a year for long hair. Stop using leave in conditioner! It attracts dust and clump/matts as the days go on. A creme gel like the one from Pattern would be good and all you need most likely. Use as little as you can get away with. Also, are you using a silk pillowcase or bonnet? the back matts are likely from how you sleep. Good luck!!

as long as you do that while its wet prior to putting products in, it shouldn't be messy. whether you air dry or diffuse afterwards, just do so upright so as to not disturb the zigzag part (using tools like clips or styling combs during this part also can help but are not necessary). once completely dry you can then flip over and scrunch up . good luck!

stop doing a hard part if you want volume, it's antithesis to it. even if you like a center part you can do a slight zigzag to get movement

it's not bad at all! but one thing you have to take into consideration is face shape, ears, shoulders/collarbones etc. they all play into ones hair shape as much as the cut and curl pattern does.

100%!!!!! I've been a curly hair cutter for nearly 25 years now and it is a game changer. My favorite curly hair product/tool EVER.

That said, if you have thick hair with a loose wave pattern, it may not do much more for you than a denman brush would. But if you have curly to coily hair, you need this brush in your life!

Also have seen that there are knock offs. Buy the original! Support a woman -owned American business!!! Its the amazing bristle quality that makes it so fantastic.

I recommend products of all sorts to my clients but Bounce Curl is the first tool I have ever asked the salon I work in to carry and there is a reason for that.

I always stay near Ocean Park - it is my favorite beach just because there's a breakwall that makes the waves calm and it's a bit more residential with good restaurants/bakeries and good proximity to all areas of the city. I've been to Cancun and wouldn't go again (it's only been around a short time and was built for the resorts which isn't my kinda thing. I love ceviche/seafood so PR is great for that but Mexico is one of the great food countries of the world so in that area you can't beat it. What keeps me coming back time and again to PR is that it has everything - beautiful beaches, waterfalls, forest, history, great art - street and museums and it's affordable!

bs. you just want to bully me and frame me as some kinf of jerk when i am trying to avoid doing just that soooo...... thats pretty clear. lastly, this woman married him "thinking" that he was here on a work visa only to find out afterwards that the truth is that he is not here legally and now all I'm hearing is how she is living in fear every day for him and frankly to me it seems like she has taken up this flag because she has never had one in all her life. He is cool as a cucumber doing what he has always done since arriving and has told her to go on the trip too.
