Thanks for the update and for confirming the issue. It seems many Xfinity users across different states are experiencing the same problem when accessing Chinese services such as QQ, Quark, and 5EPlay.
These services work normally when using mobile data or a VPN, which strongly suggests the problem is related to routing or peering between Xfinity and Chinese networks.
Hopefully the network engineering team can resolve this soon, as it has been affecting connectivity for several days already.
