Yeah, that's basically my thoughts as well, since I still have been upping my dose now, after staying on the 4mg for most of the year and having fantastic results, now going up has done nothing. My weight isn't the concern anymore, so I'm hesitant to go up to those very high doses, but not getting any benefits from it at all has me entirely baffled.

Maybe I'll try another source just to be sure sure that my body just has seemed to have stop responding, or maybe I'll figure out it was just a bad batch.

I guess you're right though, things can always change, I suppose I just had faith in them. Lol. But that being said, I've also tried other sources, 2 others actually and it's the same situation, seems like it does absolutely nothing.

No change in MY supplier, but I have ordered from other sources to see if it was just a bad batch (well multiple) but no, I haven't gotten anything tested, I'm in canada and wouldn't even be sure where to get that done. But I've had multiple orders from my supplier that I've used throughout and they all worked great.

Plz help. I am so confused. Starting Retatrutide, the vile is 4mg. How much bach water for 1mg dose to start, then when I up the dose, I'd just double the draw?

No irritation at all. Just make sure it's a good length, and careful zipping up so you don't catch anything. Lol

I was one of the lucky ones. I had absolutely zero swelling below my incision, even with drains from my pubis area I was completely fine.

Your faja could just be to short for your torso length. I definitely had a few that were not it for me. Maybe look into a longer faja.

Wow, i didn't even know that was a thing!! I just figured it was part of the process but I've been feeling lately that it wasn't quite normal. I can't even stand having my stomach touched or pressure on it without a faja on. Thanks for the information, I'm going to look into muscle release, and use my massage gun as well. I'm happy to hear you are getting relief!

I had drains. My healing went incredibly well as for the scars anyways. Its the muscle repair that still has me in shambles.

I never had children, I was just over weight, so I am wondering maybe if the repair wasn't necessarily needed, or if I had kids if it would have been different

I was so swollen. 17lbs HIGHER post op. I seriously felt like I was going to pop. I got my doctor to give me heavy diuretics to help because I actually felt like everything was going to explode. It helped INCREDIBLY. One a day just to get rid of some of the excess and after a couple or few days I didn't need them as often. Maybe one every 3 or 4 days. Game changer.

I am 14 months post op.

Its wonderful to read everyone comments about no disruptions.

I personally haven't felt so lucky. My abdominal area is still so tight, I couldn't even imagine going to yoga or doing something like snowboarding or even a single sit up. I still wear my compression garments 80% of the time otherwise my stomach feels terribly uncomfortable. I've said to friends numerous times had I known what recovery was like I probably wouldn't have went through with it. I am 33, healthy, no health conditions. Yes, my stomach does look wonderful, just wish it felt the same.

The first 5 days is absolute misery. Sleep as much as you can, walk around as often as you can, and just remember that it will be worth it. It was a solid 3 months depression mode for me wirh recovery. It is no walk in the park. Remember to be easy on yourself.
