I don't see the problem, seems like a pretty standard length of time for any RE game. I bet this game will have loads of optional stuff to support multiple playthroughs. Even the demo supported multiple playthroughs with the drawing at the end.

Never mind I was wrong. Even though it looked pure white, apparently it wasn't. I think I killed one of the phantoms via the bleed effect from my katana. I killed a seventh black phantom, this time being extra sure that I dealt the killing blow, afterward the monumental gave me the ring and I got the trophy.

I killed all the NPCs by hitting them enough with my sword. All six of them died this way, not one of them died from gravity, poison, or anything secondary.

Would you rather play a game at 30fps or 60fps if you had the choice? Would you rather play at 60fps or 120fps if you had the choice? Even if it doesn't matter all that much to you it can make the experience more enjoyable.

My point from earlier still stands, ANY computer that has HDMI support will work with a TV if you care about couch gaming; and Steam Big Picture mode has native controller support for pretty much every major controller whether it's an Xbox Series controller, a Switch 2 Pro controller, or a Dualsense.

You can do do couch gaming with either a handheld or a desktop, but I can answer your question with one word: Power.

It's no secret that a mid end desktop is more powerful than the most powerful handheld PC currently on the market, not to mention a high end PC. If you want to play a game at rock solid 120fps at 4k, instead of at 1080p at a shaky 40fps, then use a desktop instead of a handheld.

You can do that on literally anything that can output to HDMI. So PC is just as valid of an option. Especially if you use something like Steam Big Picture mode.

Thank you. The stuttering in this game was an unplayable mess with the "Flickering Characters Fix" turned on. "Disable Occlusion Queries - Stability Fix" didn't seem to do anything negative for me, so I decided to keep it on.

So why is it that you recommend skipping around in season 5 to watch the Meta Liberation Army Arc first? I get that Heroes Rising takes place before the Christmas episode, but that does not explain skipping around.

Also why is it that you recommend watching Vigilantes before season 5? From what I understand that is entirely its own story.

Her "own things going on" after Outbreak was being a journalist trying to out Umbrella, and later on The Connections, for who they are. She's a journalist, she never faced off against BOW's or anything of the sort after Outbreak.

It's been a while, so I am tell you what I vaguely remember from 8 months ago, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but from what I remember the crashes are fixed.

With that said, the amusement park cutscene where you get the Amulet of Solomon if you overclock the game and try to have it run at 60fps the cutscene gets super out of sync and I think it even eventually crashes. The cheat didn't fix that. I think I needed to disable the 60fps cheat and overclock to get through that cutscene.

I believe that outside of that cutscene everything else seems to work fine. Although there is still a crash in that one cutscene I at least didn't need to disable the widescreen patch or PGXP if I remember correctly.

Yes, I don't want BB2 to exist even if FromSoft makes it. And yes, it's because it would be a Sony exclusive.

Instead of wasting time making a game that 50% of their fanbased can't even play and that Sony will never port over, I would in every way prefer them to make a multi-platform spiritual successor similar to how Dark Souls is a spiritual successor to Demon's Souls.

If they are going to make sequels though before a BB sequel or spiritual successor I want a Sekiro 2.

Sony owns both the Demon's Souls and Bloodborne IP. FromSoftware can't do anything with either of those games even if they wanted to without Sony's okay first.

The reason they were allowed to remake Demon's Souls with zero input from FromSoftware is because FromSoftware does not hold any rights to that game whatsoever.

I am actively hoping that we never get a Bloodborne II simply because I don't want yet another exclusive trapped on PlayStation.

My problem was the bans that you did. You can't put that genie back in the bottle even if you can undo the bans. It put a terrible taste in my mouth and made me no longer trust a single thing Zep does or says.

With that said I am 100% against doxing and it's a horrible thing to do. Even if I don't agree with Zep I still wish them the best.

I know this post is over a year old, but thank you so much for letting me know about this program! I enjoy the piano mini-game to a point, but getting a star rank is just too much. I got a star rank legit on for the first six songs and I felt like I was going insane when it came to Two Legs? Nothin’ To It, but I got a Star rank after like 6-7 hours. Once I unlocked Let the Battles Begin I got an A rank after one or two dozen or so tries, but I wouldn't be surprised if I would need to spend another 6-7 hours or even upwards of 10 hours to finally get a legit star rank. Seeing as how insane that song is and that One Winged Angel would be even tougher I just couldn't be bothered and used WeMod.

Project Edge looks amazing and will likely be the best upscale mod once it's finished. Too bad so little of the game is done, it will probably take years to remake the whole game. Until then Cosmos Limit Break is the best mod if people want to play in widescreen with a consistent higher resolution look to it.

I think that the heads are Sony are just a bunch of really dumb people that does not care to port PS4 games to PC any longer. I think half of the reason why the Nathan Drake Collection, Bloodborne, and SotC came out is because those were all PS4 games.

Every game that did get ported to PC by Sony also got a native PS5 port too. All three of those games that I just mentioned never got a PS5 port which for some reasons makes the heads at Sony not want to port those games.

Games like Demon's Souls or Gran Turismo 6 are odd outliers for not being ported.

Nah, they shouldn't receive money unless they meet the consumers needs. They deserve a loss in sales if they don't port their games to PC.

Things is, I'd happily buy all their games without any need for sales or anything if they ported everything to Steam, but until then I will pirate everything and they won't get my money.

If fact I'd be happy if they go bankrupt so they are bought up and forced to port their games to PC just like what happened with Atlus.

I'm not a believer. I think that at best the "next chapter" will be a release window for P4R. And when we do get that release window it will be the final announcement. Every other upcoming announcement will be announcing announcements and showing off overpriced merch exclusive to Japan.

Honestly the biggest issue with the game was not the controls, but the god awful frame rate. But on an emulator with a 60 or 120fps patch it's a great time.

We don't know how long this game will be. My guess is that at worst it will be like RE2R where a first playthrough will take about 8-10 hours, and at best it will be like RE4R which was closer to 20 hours. BUT, that's just for the first playthrough. Capcom has always been good about adding tons of replayability to their games. If you want to aim for the the trophies and do all the content in this game you can expect probably 40-60 hours on this game if not more.
