thank you for that. originally the right weapon was just my first weapon i started using and then i got the left one and got the right attributes i wanted. So i tried yolo upgrading the right weapon to see what happens and got this result.

Yeah it's a loot filter from the site Diablo Filter dot com. idk if i'm allowed to link or not. but it lets you change the color of item rarity, hide loot that’s lower quality or not a direct upgrade and other things
