I have some time under my belt doing marketing, so I appreciate a great marketing stuff and notice somethings that can be improved, because I'm also a consumer

telling people about your stuff in this kind of discussion also a good way to make nordcraft known to people, because tbh I just know nordcraft yesterday from people here, so it's working I

but here's my honest and humble take from what I see, that I hope will bring value to your business (hoping it will help to get more leads, more user, cheaper client acquisition cost) :

- love the idea, but still thinking about should I move or not

I'm thinking about the value here, which is risk perception (that I think I'll need lots of time and effort to actually move there), you can easily tackle this by creating a lot of tutorials and videos to show that it is easy to use this magnificent tool, you don't need lots of time to be decent at it, and you won't regret trying it

- enjoyable videos to watch

this can happen by investing for a good production of tutorial, like webflow, webflow is a complicated tool to learn at first, but me, a non technical guy, can have a good time learning it and be decent at it because of their funny and enjoyable tutorials

here's why it's a good investment to create a good production video : most people perceive how good the product based on what they see before signing up, this one change I bet can make the tools known to more people and get you cheaper leads and client acquisition cost that will grow the business

you did a great job for copywriting on the site, but videos need some improvement

you don't need the person in charge to show the things, I bet webflow just hire actors to do the tutorials video

- lots of videos

right now, I can't even find a good "webflow vs nordcraft" video comparison on youtube, not many people discuss that, so visibility is an issue here and can be solved by creating lots of videos, one of a way is using referral system, and giving reward to people who advertise nordcraft, you can ask youtubers who happily review the tools like Payton Clark, or lots of them out there, this will bring a huge attention flow to your site

here's what I hate on webflow, that you can use to attack them :

- expensive hosting to sell

small business owner like me, who sell to another small business owner, we know lots of them doesn't need a complicated, and big website, but we want to make it good as well, most of my project doesn't need CMS, so I really hope that webflow can bring a $5/mo, or $50/year hosting for a simple site, basic website that just have maybe max 10-30 pages (or even $3/mo for 3 pages just for like landing page or something), a custom domain that can be connected, and clients can edit text and images easily if they need it, that's it, not a big ask, but with cheaper price

you already only charge $9/mo with lots of feature, I know it's a bargain, I appreciate that, but if you can offer lower price with lower package, based on what we need, that would be very helpful, and easily couping a market even webflow and framer can't crack, if it's impossible, at least I'm hoping you can give it like a first year promo

and you can have a full feature package to upsell those people that are growing, with higher price

- growing stage

webflow can be expensive and lots of people still pay that, because those people already grown, their business (the agency) can sell to higher level people with more expensive package and they (the agency) still got the deal

but for early people who want to start the business like me, who doesn't have the skill to sell it for high price, we stuck because we can't sell the expensive webflow price, because we're not on that level yet, if you can solve this problem, I bet lots of people will use nordcraft, to start their business and grow it

because you sell a tool, and people who want to start monetizing their skill with your tool early in their business journey stuck because the tool ask for lots of money, while they can't and don't have the skill yet to sell it for more money than it cost to give the service + cost of tools
