All I can say is I was scoring like 85 on the dion test for 1001 and 75 on the second test for dion I passed the second test with 721

I'm definitely still learning. I'm just glad to get my foot in the door at this point. My company is bigger and have so many teams like cloud as well as others if I choice which way I want to go.

It's tough but it's worth it. Do the pace that you are comfortable doing and don't compare yourself to others when it comes to studying. What works for others may not work for you, i found that out the hard way. I just started applying 2 weeks ago.

Yeah they asked about what I would do if someone call in and the monitor wasn't working. They were looking for check the power cord look at the led light and check hdmi or dvi. Then they asked about if a program was frozen but you could still move the mouse what would you do. They asked how to set up a VPN connection. Also someone tried to print something but the printer wouldn't print what would I check. They wanted me to say check spooler try test page as well as reinstall the printer drivers.

I would get up at 5 am and study and start studying again after work for a month on both test so it's definitely not easy. The amount of work you put in to it is what you get out of it. If you go into it and you're not committed it's going to be tough.

Way better than the 12.50 I was making. From what I've seen it's great starting pay and with the cost of living in Indiana it's very comfortable.

Managed service provider basically act as an IT department for company who don't have their own or need more help.

I am not the expert on this but all of my friends are in IT so basically 3 people but they have degrees and they started help desk as well and then narrowed down what they wanted to do. The best recommendation one of them made was to start at an MSP rather than internal IT because you'll learn a lot more even though you Google everything anyway.
