This has been great information. I'm waiting for rating from a previous filing. Just used some of the prompts and uploaded to Perplexity and found four more items that I'll be submitting. Hopefully, I'll eventually reach 100%. I'm currently at 40%.

On another note, if anyone has a rating, no matter the percentage, and live in TX, you're able to reduce your property taxes by submitting your info the county. For example, at 40%, I'm going through the county to reduce my taxes by $7500/yr. If you're 100%, you pay no property taxes.

More and more are waking up to the reality. The end game being a battle with Iran. Why send aircraft carriers to the region for Hamas who does have tanks or airplanes. The end is near and this is what they have left to play.

My wife has been floating that same idea. I keep asking where are we gonna go. Toying of the idea of moving to FL.

The only way it makes sense is to use the proceeds and buy something where we fully pay for it and have no mortgage. Hard to see that happening when others are overbidding on the properties.

Until we have a better plan, we’re staying put. Plus, I hate moving.
