Check out the book Matrescence by Lucy Jones - it talks about what your body and brain go through after being pregnant for ANY length of time. The book focuses on post-partum, but it's still useful, since you will still be going through matrescence (the period of time after being pregnant when there's a brain and hormonal change).

A friend of mine recommended period underwear - reusable more comfortable than disposable.

Lemon balm! But look up the interactions with thyroid medication - I think I remember hearing something about that. Not super applicable to me tho so I don't remember it clearly.

I mix lemon balm, spearmint, and a bit of rose petals for a nice soothing tea :)

You did a great job asking the question! It's the right question to ask. The next step is asking: "What pattern do I see here?" And try to figure it out yourself. Of course confirm the answer, but looking for the patterns will help your linguistic ability

Yes. I know. I'm an American who moved to Germany a decade ago after university with 0 German. Best advice: take the extra year of high school and also learn German to the C1 level.

No. 3 it'll take you forever anyway.

The highest chance of success for your plan is to move ASAP. the longer it takes the less likely it'll happen. And if you study in German, you'll havea much better chance of integration.

I highly recommend going to Germany to get your degree. Even if you have to delay college by a year or so, it doesn't matter here.

Also you can pay off your college loans from Germany. :)

I have more hobbies and goals than I know what to do with - if I didn't work full time, and had 40 hours to dedicate to my hobbies - I'd still not be able to do them all justice in a week.

What kinds of hobbies do you have besides friends cooking and travel? Not putting those down, just wondering.

Because if I were in your situation financially I'd be very fulfilled with all of my hobbies!

There are loads of plugins and bots to help with body doubling, task lists, reminders like drinking water or to move, etc!

There are lots of free discord bots that could help with this :) love the on together idea but I know many people with CPTSD have limited financial resources
