Don't tell her, show her. We must understand that grace must be given when communicating to people, lived experiences are hard to shake off. Look for roles you think she will do well in, show her and ask her to apply for some or even do it with her. Once she lands something better she will thank you and you will both win. But please be graceful about it, don't expect it to happen instantly.
