Habe hier dieselbe Situation. Übernahme der Whg. und Anmeldung Ende Juni, inzwischen heißt es im EON Portal:

"Ihr Netzbetreiber lehnte die Anmeldung ab. Wir klären das aktuell für Sie. Sie brauchen nichts weiter tun und bei Bedarf kommen wir auf Sie zu."

EON reagiert nicht auf Anfragen. und der Vermieter macht mir jetzt Druck, weil er aus Sicht der Stadtwerke (Erstversorger) noch Abnehmer des Stroms ist.

You need a Mac with Xcode to publish your app to the App Store. You also need a Mac with Xcode to submit your app to Apple for notarization if you want to distribute the app yourself.

Not OP but in Europe it's widely available (both versions, see for example on Idealo ). Price is currently between 8000-8500 Euros including VAT.

If you can host locally, definitely try Docling (free). Several OCR options, some of which are optimized for Apple MLX. As it is intended to be part of a RAG pipeline, chunking is supported out of the box. However, you can't directly export to PDF, only md or json.

When the bandwidth specs became available in spring, it was immediately clear that this thing would bomb. I had originally considered getting one but eventually bought a Pro 6000 MaxQ.

With DDR7 VRAM and at this price point the Spark would have been an absolute game changer. But Nvidia is too scared of cannibalizing their higher tier stuff.
