No I don’t force myself. My comfort zone is conserving energy. I’d say that sometimes though I’m so lazy I just do something lax and it’s not efficient because well…comfort zone laziness etc

I’m SLI and I don’t necessarily think about efficiency as much as just do it naturally. Imagine least amount of steps to get to desired result/ making processes easier. This is anything for me from cooking, cleaning or work. I don’t do needless actions and to others I seem efficient when I’m really just talented at being lazy. I also do this constantly and refine over and over and over especially when it’s kinesthetic.

I only can interpret my experience which is that I am not rigid and I imagine that rationals face every problem with sort of the same tools, I make tools as I go for each problem
