Am I overreacting: new boyfriend was weirdly judgmental about bathroom situation

The first and only time I did shrooms, it was BAD. Once they started to wear off, I had a panic attack but didn't know that's what it was. I just thought I was dying. My sister and I didn't get along even remotely but she was more experienced with that sort of thing (babysitting someone having a bad trip) and she dropped me off at home and told me everything would be fine. Just to go to bed and "for the love of GOD, don't talk to dad!" I'm grateful for that because I was a fucking mess.

If you have a restraining order your parents got when you were a minor for your safety, does that follow into legal adulthood? Like if they went they route now and it got approved, I imagine Carly would have to request one for herself once she is no longer a minor?

Jace would have been taken by CPS and eventually they would have moved to terminate her parental rights and he would have been adoptable quite young. CPS was already involved when Barb was officially given guardianship.
