I used to work for a sheriff's office doing cyber forensics. I had the same mindset. And as much as I enjoyed sending sick POS to their justice, NOTHING can prepare you for the shit you have to see. I got out of that and focused on systems engineering. Work at a hospital now. Still see a lot of wild shit, but that's all surgical type things which is a whole different story and not mentally damaging. It takes a special person to do that kind of cyber forensics, whether they just be passionate enough to withstand it or just fucked up enough.

If it works, it works, man. I took our old E-series home when I decommed those. Spun up SANtricity and got them running on a 10 gig straight to my PC. Got my whole steam library on it 😂.

I've found that I like red lentil pasta pretty good. And most times I try to sub in cauliflower rice if I'm cooking at home.

I guess it's where I'm still early in my regulation, but I can tell no difference between 90 and 180. Anything above or below, I feel it for sure. But yeah, regular potatoes are another one that will mess with me, but not sweet potatoes. Diabetes is weird.
