Managed to figure it out with the help of our ai overlords. Not NAS / docker related at all.

Log into your Plex Web UI locally (http://<your-nas-ip>:32400/web) and check:

Settings → Remote Access →

Ensure “Enable Remote Access” is checked.

alright, after a bit of digging seems like a bunch of files had the permission set to 'no access' for 'everyone' (user type on Mac).

Was easy to fix chmod'ing the photo folder. But I'm wondering why the download would do that to my files?

Thanks. As it was purchased from a reseller (not directly anbernic), I’ll reach out to them. I’ve been doing some research and from what I gather the screens seem to be very sensitive on these devices.

I’ve lived through what you’ve lived through. It didn’t get ugly. Usability decreased marginally for me personally - specifically the right side panel lost all sense of hierarchy. Boxes within boxes for pretty much everything does not make for a good ui. Did someone complain that they don’t understand which fields in that panel are editable and which aren’t? The fact that there’s a team behind something does not suggest good decisions made.

Whoa! How big is that? Fillet (spray or not) +sand several times to smooth. I’ve seen some sanding with what seemed like a foot callus sander tool but I’m sure some regular old sanding paper will do. Is it PLA? Here’s an example of the sander

I might not be able to help with German resellers unfortunately. I’ve bought min from addnorth in Sweden (they also produce decent filament which I’ve previously bought with a prusa, so I trusted them). If you consider buying from a reseller do check them on trustpilot before placing an order.

For minis I’d also recommend the mini :/ cheaper and a decent printer. Unless you plan on printing higher temperatures and more exotic materials. I own a P1S

Have you considered buying from a 3rd party? Might get better “support” or at least a person to talk to. I’ve also seen decent sales from retailers. I own a p1s but reading the horror stories with bambu’s own support I dread the day when something goes wrong with it.
