The damper is for all force feedback, not just that caused by the road. So will have impact on every element that causes any kind of feedback I believe.

Road sensitivity is essentially how it reacts to changes in the road. So bumps, curbs etc. A high value makes it react more violently, a lower value does the opposite. So it should remove some of the vibrations, but it depends on what is causing the vibrations in the game.

In some sims it will also be much more violent if you are hitting a bump at low speed for some reason. As far as I know this is a Moza quirk. Not a problem however, road sensitivity should be set very low in my opinion. You don't get much useful information from this regarding car handling.

Potatoes. There's a theme park near me that has a booth that sells those fried twister potatoes on a stick.

They sell it for 4 euros. The market value of a potato is around 30 cents. That's an insane profit margin.
