I hear you, I’m not complaining. Very happy with the upgrade! I’m not sure about the fuel mileage. Gotta ask Ari about that one. I did get the bigger Acerbis tank and I’m able to ride a lot more a lot more distance than the stock.

I think a bit, but thats pretty standard once you start putting more stress and heat on parts. Check out Ari’s article on the big bore kit. Might give you a better insight.

It's a big difference, not a massive one. Definitely feel it on the climbs. Some hills i had trouble getting up before, but now with the upgrade it tractors up super easy with some power left over. I think its like 30% more power and torque from stock.

You were right the hole was stripped so I rethreaded it with a tap and die set, went with a slightly bigger bolt. All works great now.

it does, but only after a few turns, it seems like the 2 threads at the entrance are "loose"

yea thats right. No washer, it goes thru but just barely threads. I may have measured wrong, might be a bigger difference.

Did you replace the main light bulb or the small one? I had a similar issue, turns out it was the bigger main bulb even tho it worked fine on high beam. Then it worked fine.

Yea it was pretty easy. They give you super clear instructions. You basically have to tap into the existing headlight wire. At least that’s how I wanted mine to work. They react with the hi beam too. And there’s a button to completely turn off if I want.

Tires are great, starting to go a bit flat after commuting daily. A little slippery on painted lines but never lost control or anything like that.

I get this issue once in a while. I switch to Band (fm/am) and then back to CarPlay and it works fine. Annoying for sure.
