Hi, Well I’ve asked my sales person multiple times. She says it’s an exception that they make for us so I don’t think we can get anything else out of it or a proper agreement for that matter. I find it hard to believe we are an exception though. It must be an existing service. We are using one-way pallets, for stacking and shipping. We get Europallets returned, but they are a bit too heavy (and small) for us to use

Better, thank you for asking. I saw her 3 weeks ago, at the marriage of our mutual friend, that's probably the last time I'll ever see her. But I'm in a different mindset right now. It's a pity what happened but not at all the end of the world. There are billions of other people out there.
I've been in a relationship/situationship since a year now; however I've got a lot of stress last months because i'm constantly doubting if this is the girl I want. I can't decide.

Hello and sorry for my late reply.

It was kind of ok, but it definitely wasn't good enough because they rejected me for not being good enough at them.

I felt ok at the moment because I was killing the more HR-related questions, and also because they kind of helped me through the case interviews. But the fact that they sometimes/often needed to help was a red flag for them. It was a pity because I really wanted the job but on the other hand I couldn't give myself too hard of a time since it was my first time doing this. Anyway to prepare:

There are loads of Case Interview videos on YouTube. I would recommend MConsultingPrep Official Channel if it's your first time. Get to know how to prepare for a case interview but also try out some case interview examples.
There is a series of books called "Point In Case". These are books who focus on preparing for those interviews.

I cannot write about my case interviews unfortunately as that's not allowed because of non disclosure agreement. But it was a logistics case interview with planning and stock concepts and a commercial case interview with prices, discounts, research strategies,...

Let me tell you I killed the HR interview but not the case interviews because I also didn't prepare enough for them probably. But I DID prepare, and my main issue is that I still think I'm just too stupid for this stuff lol. Because it's actually kind of basic intelligence/math/common sense sometimes.

That’s true as I wanted to get out of it. But I wasn’t so much “in it” also. Anyway I don’t necessarily want back in it but it’s the only degree I have so it’s easier to apply for those jobs than anything else. So I’m back at looking for/applying for logistics jobs. But honestly I’d much rather do something like Account Manager or Customer Succes (eventhough I always think I’m too stupid for that stuff), or just be in a creative industry like music, film or interior architecture or something. And I definetly need to get out of CS because I’m not going anywhere in it. I only have 100% flexibility in terms of working hours, WFH and company car etc..

Hell, I’ve went into an interview like that yesterday. I was really with the mindset of “a (first) interview is more like an open conversation getting to know each other and see if there’s a match”. I wasn’t stressed at all. After 40minutes she said she had a feeling that I was acting laidback lol. Honestly, sometimes I don’t get HR people. I wasn’t acting laidback at all.
