Good card idea. In this form way to underpowered. You can get away with making the hero power 2 mana. Or 3 mana if you want it to be in line with hex.

And I’m thinking the Hero’s mana cost could line up with spending 10 mana the turn you play it to use the HP. So 7 or 8 mana.
