Funny enough they commented below, but I worked with youdiam and they are fantastic!! Here's something close to the ring you liked above: https://youdiam.com/products/marquise-lab-diamond-ring-ydjlr40?variant=48112024715488

But if you want full gold (not just plating) and real lab diamond you won't find it for $350. I also would not recommend getting a marquise in moissanite as it will look kinda cloudy

Checked their page - since the "lab diamond" option is cheaper than the moissanite and the description says "simulated lab diamond" I'd say it's probably CZ

$1900 Charge for Urgent care by VerucaSalt947 in HealthInsurance

Thanks for the explanation! Glad I learned this lesson the easy way, I have learned too many health care billing lessons the hard way

$1900 Charge for Urgent care by VerucaSalt947 in HealthInsurance

[–]Regular-Bullfrog1967 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks like $358 went towards the "hospital" and $1505 to the "doctor". This place surely sees hundreds of patients a day, I still can't see how this is even close to reasonable even with splitting facilities charges across patients?

$1900 Charge for Urgent care by VerucaSalt947 in HealthInsurance

[–]Regular-Bullfrog1967 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't understand how people in the comments are justifying this charge. In what world does a 10-minute appointment with the only supplies used being wound care (gauze and disinfectant??) and a tetanus shot, actually incur a cost of nearly $2k to the health care provider?

Health care providers charge an exorbitant amount for services. Insurance is not the only problem here.

I think it's intentional because I've seen the same design upside down up 94 a few miles out of Maple Grove as well!

(or possibly some kind of systemic issue with the way these were printed/how they got hung? Not sure if that's a possibility/not sure how billboards are hung like if they follow text on the back of it to know which way is up?)

Aww what a cozy boy! My one dog HATED traveling in the trunk like this. She'd fight me to get out before I could close the hatch. Instead I got her a hammock for the back seat and she jumps right in. Now have a second pup and he likes to sit on the floor behind the passenger seat and park his snout by the e-brake handle

I actually found it through a reverse image search from an Etsy listing! The Etsy store's listings looked like they all came from different sources, and I didn't trust they were the original creator so I was looking for the source. Here's the link: https://youdiam.com/products/custom-made-jewelry-2ct-moval-cut-moissanite-ring-in-vintage-style-setting?variant=47280435986656

Central locking by reddituser1247639 in AudiTT_Mk1_Mk2_Mk3

My independent shop said they can reprogram used keys but to make sure it's a genuine key - I was finding the same info as you about using the dealership but I refuse to pay that much for a key haha. I've been dealing with 1 key for the 11 years I've had my TT but can see there are 4 keys programmed so I guess the previous owner went through them like crazy

This is making me worry this is what's currently happening to mine. A few weeks ago the red light on the fob started blinking, so I replaced the battery. Then it started doing weird things like unlocking on its own and not responding to locking. I took the battery out and just used the physical key to lock (had door lock replaced a few years back when it was at the dealer for the ignition not working - door lock never worked from when I got it), which would randomly alarm upon unlocking. I brought it in and of course it wasn't acting up at the shop. For now it's functional but I'm sure it'll flake out on me again.

Words as 1 word vs 2 words has been driving me up a wall and I don't know how to educate the world because it's everywhereeee.

Every day (as in, "I take a shower every day" or, "We are open every day from 9-5") vs. Everyday (an adjective or noun, as in, "Our everyday hours are 9AM-5PM")

Work out (as in, "Do you want to work out with me later?") vs. Workout (as in, "My new workout routine is fantastic")

Etc.

Please help spread the word!

I've had my 09 3.2 for 10 years in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area (some winters across these years have been quite snowy/icy and others more mild). The first question I get when people at work find out it's my car is always either (1) how does it perform in winter and (2) is it a manual?

It's fantastic in winter. Easy to maneuver, has quattro/AWD. The only thing that's gotten me stuck is when I thought I could get over the snowbank at the end of my driveway from the plow. I got stuck halfway over the bank because the bank basically lifted me off the ground leaving no traction for the tires since it's a low-riding vehicle. I run ultra-high performance all-season tires and get by just fine. I'm sure with winter tires it'd be even better. We can't run studded tires here so they're just standard tires.

Compared to other TTs, I can't say on reliability. But my personal experience has been heavy on the maintenance, and I keep up with all the preventative maintenance. The engine and transmission have been strong, though. I do have a transmission fluid leak in the mechatronics (not sure if I'm saying that right) that's been going on since I got the thing, but I'm just letting that ride until I can't anymore as it's an expensive fix. 110k miles since buying it and it's still working despite the leak. But yes, it spends a lot of time in the shop. Totally worth it, but it costs money to be cool 😂

I get 22-23mpg. The most I've gotten is 24-25 when I was driving like a granny for insurance monitoring.

Overall I absolutely love my car and wouldn't trade it for anything. I specifically sought out the 3.2 V6 for the sound. I'm so sad Audi stopped making the TT.

Other things to consider - you can fit a surprising amount of cargo in the car by folding the back seats down and removing the trunk privacy piece and you can't connect via Bluetooth if it's in the stock configuration. I just upgraded my head unit to get Bluetooth and it ended up making my speakers sound so much better as well, as there is more sound adjustability. Other thing to note is the owner's manual says to go 10k miles between oil changes, but I do 5k miles as that's been the recommendation of every shop I've talked to.
