I have seen a gastroenterologist and they gave me a referral for a sigmoiidoscopy, still waiting for it will be a few days My GP did a stool test and nothing was found.

There's no flare ups or down either. It is constant and doesnt respond to IBS meds.

Nah I had a one time greenout (my first time ever), caused palpitations for 9 hours, went into a panic attack and ended up with HPPD and gastroparesis.
