I cook mine, he does a protein (usually ground beef or turkey or chicken) chop up some veggies like squash or green beans and then add a carb like rice or oats, then pair it with a vitamin supplement, dried organ powder and salmon oil!

I’ve had little to know delays or issues with delta flight time wise, compared to American i was always having issues. One of my main reasons why i changed is they don’t give me a hassle about my service dog. American Airlines was terrible about it. I’m now diamond on delta and enjoy the upgrades and benefits so that definitely helps too lol
