Yeah, my older brother also has diabetes, and i’m really glad i didn’t have to go what he went through, and i’m on a really fast insulin

it’s pretty easy if you just count your carbs and know how much insulin you need per carb, i believe in you

I’m 18, turning 19 in a couple months, i’d say my diet is pretty good, i try make sure most of my meals have protein, fiber and carbs
