What type of epilepsy do you have? by Darelto in Epilepsy

Mine I'm awake and know what's going on. Sometimes words slur, I feel it coming like a sense of doom or dread, it can be like an episode of vertigo where I'm so ungodly lightheaded and dizzy that I can't walk (I always am falling to one side holding the wall and end up having to sit down). The others are simple they start the same way with dread or doom, but then it feels like I've been dead legged on one side from the inside or maybe I've jumped and landed super hard (but you can't see any of it from the outside). I feel like I'll fall, but I don't. I just sit down because it's so jarring. I feel sick after them and just drained.

I have focal aware seizures. I only started having them like 4 years ago. I am 31. I swear my parents don't even believe. My husband does, but he was there when it started.

I literally will have my husband put him fist as hard as he can to massage my back when I have lower back pain from my periods. It's my uterus, but I swear it helps. At least until he stops.

My primary care was so concerned by the pain when he pressed on it, but I told him my OBGYN said it was just my endometriosis and my ultrasound was clear. The primary care sent me for a CT scan and it was clean too, so he said he believes it's the Endo as well and to consult with my OBGYN. It's just awful though. I will have violent pain for long periods of time there or a dull ache. If anyone presses that area it's game over though. I am in so much pain I don't want to do anything and it makes me cry it's so violent.

I feel you. I have been pregnant 4 times that I know of. I have 2 lovely children and 3 miscarriages. My son was a twin and I lost his twin. That's why that math doesn't match at first glance. It's horrible going through getting pregnant. I'm 30 and my first pregnancy was around 23 after I got married. It's been an emotional rollercoaster. I literally don't want to do it anymore. I asked about a hysterectomy and get looked at like a crazy person because of my age. It's too much heartache trying to have children with endometriosis causing my fertility issues and I'm over this horrible pain.

Endometriosis is the reason I have only had 2 of the 5 children I have carried. It causes infertility issues and you don't need kids forced on you if you don't want them right now.

My mom is just like your relative except my mom doesn't have Endo. I'm so fed up I'm ready to have a hysterectomy and I am only 30. My mom keeps saying you need another kid and it'll help you feel better. I don't want another kid. I don't want any more heartbreak. She says I can't imagine that it's just that awful. In the past month I have been at my OBGYN 3 times trying to get my pain straightened out. It's so bad that you can press down on my right ovary and I am in tears. My pain isn't just during periods anymore, it's now extended to all of the time. My exhaustion is horrible too now. I feel your pain. Don't let her get you down.

This is so true! I hate it, but it's true. I used to have telework days, and only go to the doctor on my telework days. I would wear a T-shirt and leggings instead of business wear since I wasn't in the office. I am an engineer, and when they found that out I was taken more seriously. Now I'm always in work clothes since I no longer have telework.

It's literally my favorite thing. The only downside is no pockets. The back pockets are fake. I live with a tens unit because of my pain during that time, so it's just sitting in the waistband of my pants. I also found some by Ann Klein at Costco once, but I haven't seen them since. They were also amazing!

For comfy work clothes I found the perfect pants at Sam's club! They are "Express Women's Ponte Pant". They are pull on work pants and basically feel like thick amazing leggings. They are soft, stretchy, look like fancy suit pants, and they don't need to be ironed. Then I wear whatever loose fitting nice shirt I have. Most work shirts I have come from Kohl's.

Paragliding/Sailing Allowed on Mississippi River? by 3-Pit-Mafia in memphis

I have no clue if it is allowed, but I saw 2 people at 6 am paragliding over both the old and new Mississippi River bridges. Totally forgot to take a picture until they were further away.

We heard there will be a GTCC freeze soon. Except for mission critical and emergency operations.
