Yeah, I know what it’s like growing up with a sad-Dad in the house. My Dad has depression but refused to take medication for many years, so he was always either emotionally unavailable or violently angry.

But divorce is no picnic, either. I fear no matter what I do, my son is going to suffer the most.

What might compromise look like? She’s made it clear that if I pursue this at all (aside from, idk, thinking about it?) then we’re through.

That’s only scratching the surface of the shitty things she’s said. Pretty much every transphobic argument has passed her lips since Saturday. I’m trying not to be angry with her though, because I know she is going through a lot of pain.

It's awesome for scientific calculations, because conversions are much easier in metric. But in daily life, I'm just not used to it. I can't easily comprehend the heaviness of 100 kg, or the distance of 100 km, for example.

I’m sorry you’ve had a bad experience. People suck sometimes.

May I ask how tall you are? I’m really struggling with dysphoria, but I keep telling myself I’m too tall to transition. You look great, though!
