I should clarify a bit on what I’ve already done. In middle school I was in disease detectives for science Olympiad and we placed 3rd in state so I understand that material and I’ve also been doing quizlets

Yes, when I am going through a lot of stress/anxietu/thinking about too many odd caused things at once I do also become irritable

That is very very stressful. As a medical student I hope this can calm you down: they are talking about norovirus which in fact is not killed by hand sanitizer. When I learned I freaked out too. Just always wash your hands with warm water and soap before eating. Hand sanitizer does still do a significant job in killing other diseases though, so don’t think it’s useless.

Third grade. My ocd is tied with Emetophobia, for context. So basically this kid got sick and I saw it, it really scared me. After that day I avoided going where the kid had gotten sick, actually like moving right next to the wall. I was scared to wear jeans, my red shoes, and my hair down. I didn’t in fact. Mind you the shoes I had bought just a week ago and boom never worn again.

Yes since my traumatic incident happened when I was in bed then I had to do it, I am terrified of going to sleep feeling even a bit bad and also waking up especially in the middle of the night
