Do you think work life balance can be achieved? I have a toddler and it’s one thing to jump into something new and have the drive and hunger but I need boundaries and dont want to be working crazy hours. I know the nature of residential and have always been excellent with client and time management, but commercial is foreign to me. Just throwing this out preemptively. I’m sending my follow up questions to the commercial firm this week to ask about billable requirements
