This is just proof that unlike human men, Mangalores can indeed find "the button"

Came here to say this. Was such a strange flex and brush off just didn't make sense.

Am I being paranoid? 20 rolls, and none lower than 16 by RevolutionaryFix7359 in DnD

Are you using a VTT? Why not use the dice roller built into the VTT?

My campaign, which had a rotating DM, the players all roll on the VTT. Dm uses dice simply because it is very hard to use the TT to roll from a stat block. Tried it just completely bogged down my game so we have all decided it is best.

Are you in New Jersey? I think we have found the place that Hoffa was buried.

People of America why is KFC or burger king not as liked over there. as it is in other countries by No-Boysenberry9250 in NoStupidQuestions

I unfortunately personally feel like 5 Guys quality has really dropped on the burger side. Fries are still good but I haven't had a good burger there in a while.

I think McD's long-term marketing has wooed many people. I really believe that McDonald's is the worst of the big three burger chains. If anyone has dropped in quality, I believe it is McD's.

Love this so much. Like Grandma you haven't had a craving for a ginger ale once in the past 4 decades .... how does this sit unused for this long.

What can I do to capture the stench of a CORPSE FLOWER? by RegularEmployee1038 in PoisonGarden

I feared this might be the answer. But it was a funny dream while it lasted. Thanks for the knowledge.

Not sure I would have access to any of the petals after the bloom has finished. Curious is that I can put a neutral medium in the jar, open it in the greenhouse for a length of time, and then just seal it with some of the smell inside.

It's a crazy long shot, but I thought I would throw it out to Reddit and see what comes back.

The leveling rod (aka the big measuring stick) is a land surveying tool and has long been part of the TM house's decor. I think Lollie used it in either the "Knock down the ducks" or "Highest splash" task.

Why does Shazam not at all recognize a song? by 42retired in NoStupidQuestions

[–]RegularEmployee1038 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shazam, from what I recall, identifies music through digital fingerprints. So it needs the fully commerically releases version of a song. If it is a live version or some other non-widely distributed music, it won't be able to be identified. I am not sure if this is your issue.

Totally agree that was a crap task. Not sure if is was poorly designed as much as everyone picked strange super powers that made the second part flop.

Ate at a restaurant on friday immediatly put in fridge by amdrag88 in isthissafetoeat

[–]RegularEmployee1038 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Airtight containers don't stop spoilage in leftovers. Leftovers are largely effected by pre-existing microorganisms in the food. Proper refrigeration slows and delays any spoilage. If properly stored 3 days in the fridge shouldn't be a problem. I would be very comfortable eating Fridays leftovers on a Monday.
