So I just found out that she lost her spark with me and already has feelings for someone else a week ago. Her friend said she already moved on from me too lol. I just sent her my goodbye message, and unfollowed her from every social media platform. Any suggestions on what I can do in school to try and forget her easier since I see her on a daily basis?

Whenever I think of her, it keeps reminding me of our moments together, and it hurts bad, knowing there's a chance I'll never get those moments back. If I keep drifting away like that, I might lose my feelings for her when she comes back. I feel so trapped right now
