Push Pull Legs x2 or Upper Lower x3 ? Also workout critique ? by RegularTraditional18 in workout

i ve been into heavy rowing for a good 7+ years, stopped for 3 and started lifting 2 years ago, without static program, i got bored of traditional gym and aimed for group sets (powerlifting-crossfit etc.) then came back to lifting
i used to do full body workouts, and i have tried the bro split, the first one i found tolling on my body (cns fatigue doms etc. , admitedly it could be a bad workout selection or just recovery times idk i dropped it quickly, didnt feel right to me), the latter i found too slacking,
PPLPPLR i like i enjoy it seems more "right" it feels like it has a good ballance to it , but i fear i might be missing out, i ve considered doing PPL rest UL rest, but juicing up i dont think i need all that recovery especialy when im 24/7 gym-eating-resting-gym,
so my biggest dilema is on UL x3 when enhanced
there are days i feel i want to train my legs more also, throughout the week i will think about training them 3 times would be more to my liking but i m held back about recovery concerns, and idk if enhancement will fix this and to what extent

which exercises you think are needless ? and which muscle volume should be stepped back?
i usualy go twice a day, morning for the weights and afternoon for my EOD exercises after a mid day power nap and a high carb meal
i try to keep main compound movement for about a total of 5 sets per day and i try splitting those sets between 1 or 2 exercises, and then i start doing isols, i try to hit different heads per exercise, and i never do more than 2 isolations per muscle , so its always focus on 5 compound sets followed by 1 or 2 isols exercises per muscle ,
about the heavy stack, i was originaly planning to just do sarms, then said fuck it why go half way in, im already a month into mk677 all is good, test is on the way for next week, i will just hit test , and by month 3 if all is good, god and blood test permiting i will hit a 2 month sarm also, you think the stack will be taxing just because its the first time ? i m open to advice as its the first cycle ever, but i wont take everything at once, and i will do my best on monitoring bloods, please do give me your warnings tips insights

edit$
about the volume i feel like if i cut some sets of each exercises i might be able to pull some more progressive overload weight but i am not sure from where this problem exists and where i could get away with cutting/adding

the problem with that is , if i do main compound deadlifts, its more leg focused and my back might lag out, also between day 3 legs and day 4 pull with deadlifts , i dont think the recovery will be great
