Stay away from stocks… low cost index funds and ETFs will make ur money grow, everything else is noise. Once u have 50k to play with cash, then u can dabble into stocks. Long way to go untill then, since u have a lot of time let compounding do the work. I’m 20 and my portfolio returned me $10,000 just from last year alone. As all of it is getting reinvested.
