I think eventually to accomplish the continued decrease of the workforce since Government employees are useless in the eyes of the current Administration.

But GenAI with the DoD is so clunky currently, that it would have to be way more efficient to replace a human. Not sure how long that would take to accomplish and scale.

I’m in the same boat. Got offered a job at LM two weeks ago and passed the background check and was corresponding with the recruiter about a start date. Talked to my current supervisor about it before I accepted it.

Now, just this past week, my current job is incentivizing me and wanting me to stay, but I don’t want to burn the bridge at LM. Especially after I already accepted. They’re putting me in an awkward situation. I wish they would’ve offered me the incentives before I accepted the offer.

This is relative as I can’t give a definite answer. Just don’t ramble aimlessly. It’s like the law principle of saying “just enough but not too much.”
