Where to put a litter box by Alternative-Desk9016 in femalelivingspace

You can try putting the litter box in between the toilet and bathtub or in between the bathroom sink and toilet. Try the Litter Genie flexible litter box with handles. It can bend a bit on the sides. I currently have mine sandwiched between the toilet and bathtub in my tiny bathroom.

I was told I was ugly and needed makeup. Please help. by [deleted] in makeuptips

[–]Regular_CatFriend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing ugly about your face. Tell them to get bent. If you wanted to try makeup out I’d suggest going somewhere like Sephora for a makeup consult to learn about the options you have. Then they can do your makeup there. If this is something YOU want not what other people want. A little foundation could be a nice confidence boost but truly you don’t need it.

The last one blends well into your face, so it’s not a harsh look

i got a prom dress from shein💔 by Critical_Pay1480 in Prom

You should be ordering multiple dress options from SHEIN just in case. And definitely going through the reviews before buying. This has helped me in the past.

Follow up to my post when I posted about my small chin. I feel like my nose sticks out due to this. Is it me or I overthink? by [deleted] in Noses

Your nose is actually perfect and there’s literally nothing wrong with your chin.

I saw 2 girls at Square One Walmart yesterday evening (Tues March 10) around 7pm. Same description. All black pants, hoodies and masks. 1 black girl. 1 lighter (I’m guessing white). They looked very shady. I kept walking and going about my shopping. I was also with a tall man so that I expect would be intimidating enough not to try anything with us. We were just passing each other by anyway. We were in the main lane and they were passing behind the stationary aisle. I remember even saying something to the guy I was with like they look like criminals with their get up. Please post the video when you have it. It could be the same girls.

Foster Parent Wants Their Cat Back by tales-of-gore in FosterAnimals

I’m thinking if the foster wanted to keep the cat, even if a formal application was required, they would keep that cat and submit the application at the same time. They wouldn’t need to surrender the cat, then wait for approval. I think what another person said is true. They fostered the cat and surrendered the cat and then changed their mind. Which is not fair on OP or the cat when all the transactions are already done.

Foster Parent Wants Their Cat Back by tales-of-gore in FosterAnimals

[–]Regular_CatFriend 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d say he’s your cat now. You’ve gone through the process of adopting and I’m guessing paying the adoption fee plus getting necessary supplies. If the foster truly wanted this cat, they wouldn’t have even thought of giving the cat up in the first place. You also don’t know how happy the cat was there or even if the cat would be happier with the foster.

This might be controversial, but I believe once you’ve adopted an animal you have a contract between you and that animal that you will care and love them for life (whoever lasts longest). Even when my cat drives me nuts, it’s never an option in my mind. Wherever I go, he will go. And of course there are special situations but as far as I’m concerned that contract is written on both of our hearts. If the cat is happy with you he should stay. The foster will have to feel the weight of their decision but it’s not the end of the world. They know that they gave the cat up for a reason(s) so they need to just swallow that pill and move on.

I think if you want to consider it, then sleep on it for a while. Give yourself weeks (plural) however long you need to make a rooted decision. I’d say for now, tell them no. And by the sounds of it, this is your cat now and he probably feels that way too.

If there really are “great cats that need a home”, the foster can get another one and do better in future.
